This beautiful German carol has been arranged in two halves. The opening section is written in a more traditional style, a nicely harmonised legato waltz. The second section is lively big band swing, including walking bass, syncopated rhythms and improvisatory bebop lines. Written for the Charterhouse School Brass Quintet, it is an intermediate level arrangement perfect for any Christmas event!
